1. How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. If you need help tracking your order, contact us at sebuhauysal368@gmail.com with your order number.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes. Dafloota accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.

5. Is return shipping free?

Yes. Dafloota offers free return shipping for approved eligible returns.

6. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. Dafloota does not charge any restocking fees.

7. Are any items final sale?

No. Dafloota does not have final sale items. Eligible products may be returned within the 30-day return period.

8. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. Dafloota is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer once the order has shipped.
